With so many new home builders in the market, choosing your builder can be very difficult. The founder of Berstan Homes Stan Bryson built his first home in 1955 so as a company we have seen many changes in the home building industry.

Stan has long since retired but still has a very active interest in the company. Brothers Mark and Paul Bryson are now running Berstan Homes and they are involved with every home built so our clients are not dealing with a supervisor, they are dealing with the owners of the company. Being able to deal direct gives our clients not only piece of mind but the assurance their home will be built correctly with a great finish. Building a new home is not something you do every couple of years and for most an endeavour that many will never undertake, so picking the right builder is very important.
