A client came in today to select her tiles, kitchen, floor coverings, façade, and bricks then commented about a previous experience with a major new home builder in Melbourne. I enquired further and found the selection process with this major new home builder to be interesting and disappointing for the client. In the category 1 range the major builder only offered 2 or 3 different colours and then if you couldn’t choose one of these they offered category 2 with a high cost attached. The client expressed her delight at the choice available to her selection with Berstan Homes. Our category 1 range has 8 carpet, 30 tiles, 100 kitchen combination choices, 18 bricks, 10 roof tiles and 25 different timber laminate flooring boards. We believe you should not be forced into a colour scheme you don’t like by having little choice.
