Stockland at Mernda Villages have cleverly used a giant concrete snake to retain its parks landscaped areas. The snake is around 40 metres in length and greets you on entry to the park. 

This is just another great example of the imagination used in master planned communities that Stockland create. Berstan currently have several home and land packages available within the parks area.
