Berstan Homes are currently tendering on a knock down rebuild in Balwyn. The clients have a piece of land that they have owned for 15 years. They are interested in knocking down the existing out dated dwelling and constructing a dual occupancy.  The homes would be 35 square each with courtyards at the rear and four bedrooms on the first floor. We are also designing the homes to have studies which can be easily converted into ground floor bedrooms.
