Knock down rebuild Templestowe

Berstan Homes is currently working on a knock down rebuild in Templestowe. The project has involved the demolition of a 1970's home and the replacement with a French provincial home by Berstan Homes known as the Florence51.

A stunningly designed home from the grand entrance with wrought iron balustrade staircase to the grand master bedroom and traditional European ensuite. Some of the other features are formal dining, formal lounge, theatre room, open plan living, cellar, guest bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe to ground floor. Four very generous bedrooms to the first floor and a spacious living area.

The home has been designed so there is a clear vision from the entry to the fountain pond at the rear of the home creating interest. At the start of the process the Manningham city council were very helpful and we obtained a permit within 7 months. We use our planners at the start of our designs and through the whole process which helps the application run smoother, so we can save a lot of time with the knock down rebuild process.
