I have found my experience with Berstan Homes has been a positive one. It started back in October 2015, where Mark made me feel confident and at ease about the biggest decision of my life so far. I did not feel pressured to sign a contract I wasn’t comfortable with, and all the details were explained clearly before I signed.

Mark was prompt with his replies to my email queries, and never made me feel as though I was taking up his time. He was patient when I was selecting the finishes for my house, of which there was a generous range. My upgrades went ahead without issue, too. Berstan Homes was accommodating when I did my final walk through, and was quick to organise repairs on the few minor issues I came across.

Overall, the house looks fantastic, and I was very impressed with the quality of work. I would not hesitate to recommend Berstan Homes to a friend (in fact, I already have!), and am grateful for the fuss-free experience that was provided.
