Berstan has experienced strong sales in the last month at the Eucalypt estate Wollert. Strong sales are probably because Eucalypt is definitely the premier estate in the area. I was at Mernda Villages over the weekend with my children and I could not help but notice how many other parents and children were using the many parks throughout the Mernda village’s estate.
