I was with some clients last weekend and they were amazed by the waterways and parklands at Eucalypt. It's easy to feel that you are not in a residential estate with the amount of open space that abounds Eucalypt. You have hills at one end of the state and the rest have green fields and parkland everywhere. There are very few estates around where you can get out and kick a ball around or play cricket.

The sign has been erected on Epping for the Third place cafe at Eucalypt estate and it's now open for business. I dropped in there over the weekend with some clients and what a coffee they make! Both the clients and myself stayed on for lunch and we weren't disappointed, the food was fresh and very filling.
